• NDT Facilities

  We have the best NDT teams taking up of Conditional assessment & prediction of Residual life of power plant equipment based on detailed metallurgical and FEM Techniques by utilizing the in-house facilities like microprocessor based Ultrasonic Testing, Magnetic particle inspection, Hardness testing, Vibration analysis equipment and Computer facilities besides sophisticated electrical test equipment as ASTM Standards.

• Design and Engineering Facilities

  Design and Engineering facilities for process & power plant Pipelines, Isometrics, Stress Analysis, Bill of materials and Hangers & supports etc, Design and Engineering of main steam pipe lines, Condensate piping, DM water piping, CW piping, oil pipe lines and Utilities piping Viz, Air services water etc, and Isometrics for all steam condensate, Water, Oil, Utilities pipes etc, And Design & Reverse Engineering of all Turbine and all Rotating Equipment Components equivalent to the standards of OEM’s.
